Welcome to Kuldeep Singh Club. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the content, services, and community features provided by Kuldeep Singh Club (the "Publication," "we," "us," or "our"), published on the Substack platform.

3. Subscriber Conduct and Community Guidelines

You agree not to use the Publication to:

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Subscriptions: Access to certain Content may be free of charge.

Paid Subscriptions: If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay the specified recurring fees. Payments will be processed by Substack's third-party payment processor (Stripe).

Cancellations: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Substack account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Content provided by the Publication is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. You should not rely on any Content as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific situation.
